Company Profile

After more than 20 years of experience working with the pulp and paper industry, Joseph Homa saw an opportunity and founded Joseph Homa Consultant Inc. in 1977 to supply core plugs to the paper mills in Canada.  The business has since then successfully grown to cover not only the pulp and paper industry, but has expanded to include supplying plastic products to the packing materials industry and beyond. 

Joseph Homa Consultant Inc. is a company specializing the supply of injection moulded plastic products for use in various industrial packaging applications such as: core plugs for paper or plastic film rolls; spools for welding wire; handles for sewing on kraft paper bags; lids for coffee cans; a one piece moulded beer case; and cones for spooling thread and yarn. 

JHC is a family run enterprise providing personal attention to all aspects of our business. What  sets us apart from our competitors is primarily our customer orientation. We strive to work with our customers to provide products and services that will meet with their entire expectations. 

Our products are destined to major manufacturers in the pulp & paper, packaging materials, textile, and food processing industries across North America.

All of products are manufactured by our wholly owned operating company, JHC Plastics Ltd., located in Riviere des Prairies area of Montreal, Quebec

JHC is an active member of the "Core Group" that regroups suppliers of products and services related to finishing departments of paper mills.
